SlabTrack ("we") gives countertop and cabinet shops one board for their jobs: customers' names and site addresses, measure, template, fabrication and install dates, punch items and notes. We don't sell your data and we don't show ads.

What we store

Who sees what

Your owner or office decides who joins your shop and in what role. Shop floor logins see every job and the schedule. Installers see only the jobs with a milestone or punch item assigned to them, including the address and install notes. Each job has a private customer status link: anyone with that link sees the customer's name, the job type, the stage and the scheduled dates. It never shows the site address, install notes, notes or punch items. The office can replace a link at any time, and the old one stops working.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies to keep you signed in and random IDs to count visits and sessions. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Who processes your data

Amazon Web Services provides hosting, database, and sign-in; Stripe processes payments; and Resend sends transactional email. Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

Your company's records stay until you delete them or ask us to close the account. Deleting a job deletes its schedule, notes and punch items and turns off its status link. Analytics are kept in aggregate form for as long as they remain useful.

Your choices

You can export jobs, milestones, notes and punch items as CSV. To get a copy of everything, correct personal information, or delete your account and company data, contact us.
