Terms of service

By creating a SlabTrack account you agree to these terms. If you sign up for a company, you agree on its behalf.

The service

SlabTrack is a job-tracking tool for countertop and cabinet shops: jobs and their stages, measure, template, fabrication and install dates, punch items and notes, and a status link for each customer. It does not check measurements, templates, seams, cutouts, material or code requirements, and the status link is not a promise of dates or a contract between your shop and your customer. Your shop remains responsible for its work and for the agreements it makes with its customers.

Your account

• Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity under your account.
• The shop owner or office controls team access and can disable users.
• Enter customer details only when your shop is allowed to store them. Anyone you give a status link to can see that job's customer name, job type, stage and scheduled dates.
• Do not attempt to break in, overload the service, or access another company's records.

Plans and billing

• Every new shop gets a 14-day free trial with no card. After it ends, records stay readable and exportable, but adding or changing them needs a plan.
• Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel through the Billing page. Paid features continue until the end of the paid period, and we do not give partial refunds.
• If a subscription lapses, records remain stored, but roles and limits above the lowest plan may stop working until the subscription is restored.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Your data

Your company's records belong to your company. Jobs, milestones, notes and punch items can be exported as CSV. See the privacy policy for what we store.

Availability and liability

We work to keep SlabTrack available but cannot promise uninterrupted service. The service is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will email account admins about material changes. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
